Roadtrip

I’m about to hit the road. This is the first time I’ve made a trip on my own in quite some time. It’s only a 6-7 hour drive but I’m used to being able to share it. There is sure to be family drama as there always is and will be a challenge for me to stay out of it. And my dad, who has shoved food down my throat my entire life! It will be a tough one to get through and stay healthy but I will do my very best. And next week I will whip myself back into a healthy routine and recover. Because I don’t have a choice. I have to find a way to pull myself out of this funk and keep making progress.
